At Richmond India Preschool, the nursery kids experience an explosion of language, along with dramatic advancement in fine and gross motor control, problem-solving ability, independence, and social interaction. They may begin to solve interesting mathematical patterns and might impress you with their improved vocabulary too.

In Nursery, children develop the following skills:

  • Pre-math and logic-based skills like identifying patterns, sequencing, size, and quantity.
  • Daily Pre-reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. Stories and literature to promote the understanding of the relationship between speech and print.
  • Early reading skills as they are encouraged to become independent readers.
  • Cooking with Recipes : Creating in the kitchen to learn about counting, measuring, and fractions.
  • Writing Skills: Access to a wide variety of writing tools, paper, and other materials to inspire an interest in writing.
  • Imagination through art and craft.
  • Enchances life skills, learning and interaction.
